How do I get my tickets?
After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a QR code. You can also find your tickets on the order confirmation page or by looking up your order at /orders/lookup.
I didn’t receive my confirmation email
Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, look up your order using your email at /orders/lookup. Your QR code is always available there.
Can I get a refund?
Contact us at info@fraziershows.com or call 480-251-9548 to request a refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
How do I use my tickets at the gate?
Show the QR code from your confirmation email or order page to the gate attendant. They’ll scan it and you’re in! One QR code covers all tickets in your order.
Can I buy tickets at the gate?
Yes! Tickets are available at the gate, but buying online lets you skip the line and sometimes save with early-bird pricing.
I bought the wrong tickets. Can I change my order?
Contact us at info@fraziershows.com as soon as possible and we’ll help you make changes.
At the Event
What are the ride height requirements?
Each ride has specific height requirements. Use our Height Checker tool at /rides/height-checker to see which rides your child can enjoy before you arrive.
Is the carnival safe?
Safety is our #1 priority. All rides undergo daily inspections by NARSO and AIMS certified supervisors. We also conduct random drug testing and extensive employee training. Learn more on our About page.
What food is available?
Our midway features cotton candy, funnel cakes, caramel apples, corn on the cob, kettle corn, lemonade, and more! Food concessions vary by event.
Is there seating or shade?
Yes — we provide aluminum benches and shaded rest areas throughout the midway for guests to take a break.
What if it rains?
Events may adjust hours due to weather. Check our Events page or social media for the latest updates. Tickets remain valid for the duration of the event dates.
Season Passes
What is a season pass?
A season pass gives you unlimited rides at all Frazier Shows events for the entire season. It’s the best value if you plan to attend multiple events.
How do I use my season pass?
Show your season pass QR code at the gate just like a regular ticket. It works at every Frazier Shows event.

How do I book Frazier Shows for my event?
Visit our Book Us page at /book to submit an inquiry, or call 480-251-9548. We provide full-service carnival setups for fairs, festivals, fundraisers, rodeos, and corporate events.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska with 25+ events annually. Our season starts in March from the Phoenix area.
